Seriously wish I could have ordered the entire menu @ljsbistroandbar in Lake Stevens, WA. We are working our way through Chef Lindsay's super creative, seasonal menu and enjoy every dish.

Here's what we ordered:
Heart & Seoul- Mezcal, house ginger cordial, gojuchang honey, lemon
Smoked Beet Toasts-Smoked beets, whipped feta, pistachio, herbs, pomegranate molasses
Fresh Scallops- Corn couscous, sauce vierge, snacking peppers
Wagyu Burger- Snake River beef, Smoked gouda, aioli, bacon, hand cut fries, house pickles

Every so often you find a restaurant that's a litt

Every so often you find a restaurant that's a little 'extra'. @bucatiniedmonds is just that. They go above and beyond to make your dining experience perfect.

We started with Insalata Caprese and the best Garlic Bread I've ever had made on ciabatta, soft inside, crunchy crust with the perfect cheese topping. I had Bucatini Napolitana with prawns, clams, mussels, octopus and calamari in a mild spicy red sauce. The seafood was tender and cooked perfectly. My husband loved his Bucatini with Meatballs, they were so light and airy. We couldn't pass up dessert. The tiramisu was the best I've had, which says a lot, because if it's on the menu, I've tried it! And Spumoni, come on, you gotta have Spumoni after a fabulous Italian meal!

We were so lucky to have found this gem. We can't wait to go back! Here's what we ordered.

My Favorites

Seared Cod with Fennel Slaw highlights the simplicity of flaky cod with earthy fennel bulb, briny capers and accents of citrus.

Bacon, Poblano and Potato Frittata layers thinly sliced gold potatoes, roasted poblano strips, bacon pieces and Monterrey Jack cheese with fluffy eggs.

Orecchiette Pasta with Chorizo and Kale is creamy, saucy and packed with bits of bacon, shallot and freshly shaved parmesan.
