- Oats – Rolled oats, such as Quaker Old Fashioned Oats.
- Cranberries – Dried cranberries.
- White Chocolate Chips – They go perfectly with cranberries.
- Cinnamon – Ground cinnamon, such as Saigon.
- Vanilla – The best vanilla extract you have on hand.
- Butter – Real butter, room temperature.
- The Basics – All purpose flour, salt, baking soda, brown sugar and egg.

Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon until well combined. Fold in rolled oats, dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Place scoops (about 1 tbsp) of dough on prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced with room to expand. You should get about 12 scoops of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
