Ginger Ale Brined Pork Chops

The juiciest pork chops are grilled and dressed in a sage and apple bourbon pan sauce

Fall in the PNW is all about crisp apples, juicy pork chops and, for most of us, bourbon. Hey, we gotta stay warm somehow! These Ginger Ale Brined Pork Chops are the juiciest. Yep, I’ve found the secret ingredient to making pork chops everyone’s favorite! The carbonation from the ginger ale breaks down the protein and imparts a nice ginger flavor at the same time. Serve them on top of creamy parmesan grits with a side of sautéed swiss chard and you have perfect fall plate PNW style!
