Sweet, spicy and grilled to perfection, these Jalapeno Orange Pork Chops are a great solution to your weeknight dinner plan. Spring is all about fresh, bright flavors and anything citrus. These Jalapeno Orange Pork Chops are made with seasonal tangelos, but you can swap out for any type of orange. Bone in pork chops are my favorite. The bone adds so much flavor to the meat and I feel like they don’t dry out as easy as boneless chops. I buy my pork chops at Costco and freeze what I don’t use. It’s a huge money saver! And..this recipe comes together with quickness, so it’s great for your weeknight dinner plan.
